  I had the best service today here at Spring Lake. Lanai was very informative, helped me with my upgrade as well as her and Latoya helped me lower my bill and take advantage of all the benefits will tmobile 1 that I was unaware of. Will be back, great staff here esp with their system issues. They were very upbeat. Thanks a lot

  They don't know how to properly do deals, I got the Samsung tmobile bogo offer, they failed to tell me you have to have a qualifying rate plan on top of opening a new line, they submitted the paper work themselves which was odd to me. After waiting the 8 weeks I went on to look and sure enough denied, now they want me to pay 200$ more a month for the qualifying plan on top of the new line I opened. I called the store she wouldn't help me over the phone, my husband is deployed, I have children at home that are sick I just wanted some answers, but nope couldn't even help me over the phone. Don't walk run the other ways from this store and tmobile.
