I will be contacting the district manager over this location and so forth. I don't take my business lightly!! Loyal to sprint since 2005. Not even a apology from the manager, Jazmin! Being in sales for 16 years you can tell when someone's being malicious. The nerve of this girl after all the years I was with sprint. Anyways, we stopped in after church yesterday to replace my wife's cell and add 2 more lines. This is for a growing family owned business. We were trying to change our plan to a business one to get a better rate. Was told that new clients get a better rate and offer right now. Show me the logic there and sprint doesn't offer this to you? The first sprint store was out of iPhone 7's and that wasted about 30 mins. You should put a sign up letting clients now your out of stock and we would've moved on rather then wait... just a thought. We understood this does happen. As for spring lake we were sent to this location being they had iPhones in stock. We talked to a employee yesterday and were told that the plan could be change to a business plan. He made it sound like the manager could knock it out easy?? Well she helped 4 other clients while we sat patiently waiting. She finally took a min after a hr and some change to see what was going on. She made it clear that my business meant nothing to them. The employee that helped us today should be the manager. He was very polite and professional. He couldn't do anything to fix the situation at that point. I felt bad for him cause he understood my point and frustration at that point. Plus that's the managers job. If the manager knew how to manage then she would've possibly saved the deal, but wasn't worth the time. Her day has been crazy, she said. Then maybe your employee shouldn't have taken a 1.5hr lunch break... very disappointed after all these years. Sprint did offer to set the plan up over the phone, but I wanted to let my wife pick her own iPhone. If I only knew this before. Hope this helps save others from wasting their time. Especially if your a business owner!
