  My roommate and I dropped her computer over 4 weeks ago to see how much it was worth. After that point they would not answer their phones, they were never opened and dodging calls. Today I walk in and the woman working has no idea about the laptop, is struggling to get in touch with ‘the man whose business this is’, and just wants me to text him or come back tomorrow. I made it very clear i was not leaving without the 1,200$ laptop in hand. I then made it clear I would just call the Spring Lake PD and they could come down and get the laptop for us. For 30 minutes they tried to play games and have me come back. I even texted this gentleman (the number I was given to reach him) and made it clear I was going to be contacting the police if the laptop was not returned. He has no business etiquette. 4+ weeks and you are going to try and avoid your business? And to add salt to the wound there’s a gentleman whose been there waiting on him for days as well. This business needs to be closed. I will NEVER return and I warn ALL CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY! HE WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR PROPERTY AND PRAY YOU FORGET IT. Until it was VERY CLEAR that I was about to phone the police if this wasn’t resolved (I was looking up the department number) when he decided he knew where it was (in store) and gave it to me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRENDOUS BUSINESS!
